High Quality Complete commercial beer brewery equipment Microbrewery For Sale is the complete brewery project, including the mash tun&boiling, lauter tun and whirlpool combination, fermenters, cooling unit, CIP unit, and semi-automatic control. The heating way is electric element, steam with electric or gas, direct fire heating with customers requirement. This set of equipment usually used in hotel, beer pub, micro brewery.

500L brewhouse: mash&brew kettle, lauter tank and whirlpool, hot water tank is option.

2. Fermenter: 500L or 1000L.

1. Inside surface: SS304, TH:3mm
Outside surface: SS304, TH:2mm,
2. Thermal insulation material: Polyurethane (PU) foam, Insulation thickness:60-80MM.
3. Manhole: side manhole on cylinder or top manhole on dish head.
4. Design pressure 3bar, Working pressure: 1.5-2.0bar;
5. Bottom design: 60 degree cone for easy to exist yeast.
6. Cooling method: Dimple cooling jacket,
7. Cleaning system: Fixed-round rotary cleaning ball.
8. Control system: PT100, temperature control;
9. Option:Dry hops adding device on the top and Carbination stone for CO2.
10. With: CIP arm with spray ball, pressure gauge, Mechanical pressure regulating valve, sanitary sampling valve, breath valve, Ice water solenoid valve, drain valve, etc.

3.Cooling Unit
- Insulated glycol water tank with or without copper coil for glycol liquid holding and mixing, Or with copper coil in ice water tank.
- Efficiency chillers or refrigerators with fryon to supply cooling energy
- Sanitary centrifugal pump for glycol water recycle among tanks and heat exchanger
- All pipes, fitting, insulation materials are included


4. Controlling Unit
- PLC or Digtal manual way to control whole brew system.
- Electrical controlling cabinet with temperature, on-off controlling for brewhouse
- Electrical controlling cabinet with temperature, on-off controlling for fermenter automatic.
- Temperature controller, thermocouple, solenoid valves etc are included
- PLC with touch screen panel for special request

5. CIP unit
- Material SS304, Thickness for tank 2mm
- Heating power for Alkali Tank 2KW
- Tank amount 3pcs: Sterilization tank and Alkali liquor tank.
- Half open manhole for easy cleaning and no dead corner.
- Separate control for CIP unit.
